Meera’s extensive experience spans talent consulting for Fortune 500 companies, private equity clients, and VC-backed portfolio companies, where she has placed executives in pivotal roles, including CEO, COO, Chief Communications Officer, Chief Diversity Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and Chief Sales Officer. Having worked with top organizations such as 3M, Intuit, Peloton, Twitter, CVS Health, and Philips, she brings expertise in succession planning and leadership development, ensuring that both Fortune 500 companies and VC-backed startups attract transformational leaders who align with their mission and vision.
With a background in behavioral health and a Master’s degree in Psychology from Columbia University, Meera integrates organizational psychology and conscious leadership into her approach.
